Al Jazira first football team coach Abel Braga stressed the importance of the forthcoming match between Al Jazira and Al Hilal from Saudi Arabia at King Fahed Stadium in the third week of the AFC Champions League 2011. In the pre-match conference, Braga said Al Hilal team is one of the best teams in the region and the match against them will be difficult, noting that he knows the way Caledron, Al Hilal coach, plays. He stressed that Caledron is one of the best coaches in Asia. "I will keep my way of playing. I will play in a forward strategy. I will let young players in the match because I am confident that they will try their best and that they will make up to their loss against Foolad Sepahan," he said. "All the teams in the first group are nominated to qualify for the second round of the league. I brought with me a group of young players who can cope with Al Hilal team. Most of these young players represented the Olympic National Team of the UAE. I am all confident in their play." Braga made clear that Al Jazira does not have main and substitute players and that all the players with no exception might sit in the bench. "I intended to bring with me young players because Al Jazira have an important match against Al Wahda in the Final of the President's Cup on Monday 11 April. Besides, they have a match on the 15th of April in the pro-league against Baniyas. So I thought that letting them rest and prepare them for those two matches, especially the Final of the President's Cup is the best thing to do and as everybody knows, Al Jazira have never won neither the President's Cup nor the pro-league. Braga concluded the pre-match conference by thanking Al Hilal team for their hospitality since they set a foot at the airport. |
